Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for a Performance Management & Succession Planning Specialist to join its growing team in Qatar.
Job Description:-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing activities relating to the performance management and succession planning processes for the Bank.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing programs that would ensure retention of key talents in the organization.
- Manage the performance appraisal process along with the probationary performance appraisal at all levels.
- Develop a framework to identify potential, address the succession planning needs and suggest potential employees for future managers.
- Build high performance teams, coach managers on change management issues, and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
- Generate periodic reports to maintain and update the bank’s competencies at all levels and ensure the effective usage and utilization of the competencies.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources, preferably with Professional Certification such as GPHR/SPHR/or CIPD.
- At least 5-7 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2 years should be in a similar position in a bank in the GCC.
- Familiar with the applicable talent development techniques/ tools and methodologies.
