CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER


To ensure all resources of the company are effectively coordinated to produce good quality products and efficiently manage all areas of operations.

To run day-to-day activities of the company to meet customer requirements and provide for the budgeted targeted annual growth.

To be able to deal with detail and volume of work.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration - Finance (with Commercial and/or Engineering is an added advantage)
  • Minimum experience of 7 years in similar position or GM in a food packaging industry (highly preferred)
  • With proven track record to manage day-to- day operations, formulate business plans, and ability to expand the company's operation
  • Business strategy intelligence know how
  • Effective communication skills (written & oral); strong reporting skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Self motivated but able to work as part of a team with exceptional initiative
  • Positive attitude, persuasive, with excellent negotiation
