Qualification:
- 13- 15 Years Experience.
- Very good experience in Proposals, Contracts and Technical.
- Business writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Pricing, Estimating, Cost Control, Value Engineering, Directing& Planning activities, Evaluations of Subcontractors& Suppliers with their commercial& Contractual deviations.
- Communications, Negotiations and Contracts relative to estimating matter.
- Provide projects management of assigned proposals for construction ensuring the project are successfully defined within the budget and on schedule.
- Act as a point of contact& work with the top management.
- The selection and contracting of consultant services, contracts and acting as liaison between Client, Engineering, Design Firm and Contractor.
