For a leading construction group, we are seeking to hire Tender Manager for one of their subsidiaries.

Qualification:
  1. 13- 15 Years Experience.
  2. Very good experience in Proposals, Contracts and Technical.
  3. Business writing skills.
  4. Fluent in English.
  5. Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  6. Ability to adapt to changing situations.
Job description:
  1. Pricing, Estimating, Cost Control, Value Engineering, Directing& Planning activities, Evaluations of Subcontractors& Suppliers with their commercial& Contractual deviations.
  2. Communications, Negotiations and Contracts relative to estimating matter.
  3. Provide projects management of assigned proposals for construction ensuring the project are successfully defined within the budget and on schedule.
  4. Act as a point of contact& work with the top management.
  5. The selection and contracting of consultant services, contracts and acting as liaison between Client, Engineering, Design Firm and Contractor.
