Big international plant, working in the field of Engineering and Real Estate is searching for "Tender Manager"
Job Requirements:
- 13:18 yrs experience.
- Specific field preferred: civil or architecture engineering graduates.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Pricing, Estimating, Cost Control, Value Engineering, Directing& Planning activities, Evaluations of Subcontractors& Suppliers with their commercial& Contractual deviations.
- Communications, Negotiations and Contracts relative to estimating matter.
- Provide projects management of assigned proposals for construction ensuring the project are successfully defined within the budget and on schedule.
- Act as a point of contact& work with the top management.
- The selection and contracting of consultant services, contracts and acting as liaison between Client, Engineering, Design Firm and Contractor
