Job Requirements:
- 6-10 yrs experience.
- Must have experience in Fine Finishing companies
- Males only.
- Previous experience in working in a factory is also an advantage
- Prepare cost estimate for various aspects of works to be consolidated into overall cost estimate
- Ability to prepare tender documents.
- Technical writing proposal of proposals to include me...thod statement, staffing. Special resource.
- Review of contracts and identification of potential risk to be considered during proposals.
- Ability to conversantly convey in writing all of information pertaining to proposals
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers as necessary and within required objectives
- Understanding of various contract types, method of measurements and specifications
