- Can be able to do planning, executing, monitoring and closing ERP-related projects according to agreed upon scope, schedule and budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members in order to deliver projects successfully; manages project objectives and project quality throughout its lifecycle.
- Manage multiple ERP related projects while working in a global matrix managed team environment.
- Can be able to manage a tight change control process to ensure project scope is delivered as expected.
- Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies.
- Software development experience will be an added advantage.
- Must have a bachelors degree/MBA, preferably in Computer Science or MIS with a Minimum of 5 year of project management experience.
