CONSULTANCY SERVICES REQUIRED
The C&W Department hereby invites applications from reputed Firms for delivering consultancy Services for the (planning and design ) of a building project. The firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category. The documents alongwith application should reach to the office upto 23/1/2012, No application will be entertained after due date:

Establishment of water sports re-creational Facilities in Peshawar District Peshawar ADP No. 748-110562 (2011-12)
Estimate Cost
Rs. 01.125 million
Interested approved Firms should supply the following information / Bio-data with their application:-
1. Full name and address of the Firm
2. Details of works carried during out last five years in tabulated form.
3. Details of works presently in hand
4. Whether the Firms is involved in any arbitration/ dispute/ Civil Suit etc
5. Financial Status of the firm.
6. National Taxation No (NTN) with Tax Payment Statement
7. Details of relevant staff working in the Firm with qualification and experience in tabulated form.
8. Detail of Liaison Office at Peshawar
The interested firms should submit both Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed envelops.
Financial proposals of only those consultancy firms will be opened who stand technically pre-qualified for the job.
Applications complete in all respect should reach to the Office of the undersigned on or before 16/01/2012, during office hours. Incomplete Conditional applications shall not be entertained. All other information including TORs can be obtained from the Sub Divisional Officer-VI, Provincial Building Construction Division-II Peshawar during office hours. The Consultant would be selected as per rules and regulations of the Provincial Government by the competent forum. Interested fiuns should apply for one or both the works separately. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons.
