Qualifications/Experience:
a)a retired civil servant of the rank of Secretary (BS-20 and above] to the Government, having twenty years experience of dealing with matters relating to revenue, finances or civil administration; or
b) possesses a post graduate degree in public administration, business administration, commerce or law and has twenty years experience in matters relating to civil, revenue, property, finances, administration or law.
