Abdul Wall Khan University, Mardan offers the following positions on Regular Basis/ Tenure Track System.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR BPS/ITS
Age limit 30-40 years
Agronomy (2), Entomology (2), Food Technology (2), Horticulture (2), Plant Breeding & Genetics (2)
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (Only on TTS)
Botany (2)
Qualification & Experience
ASSISTANT PROFESSORS (TTS) PACKAGE (Rs.104000-7150-211250) PhD from a recognized University/Relevant terminal qualification from a recognized institution and excellent written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills. Excellent written and communication skills to be judged through the institute selection process by written test/ seminar.
ASSISTANT PROFESSORS (BPS-19) REGULAR BASIS
Ph. D in the relevant field from FIEC recognized University/Institution.OR Masters degree (foreign) or M. Phil (Pakistan) or equivalent degrees after 18 years of education as determined by the FTEC in the relevant field from an I-TEC recognized University /Institutions. 04 years teaching / research experience in a recognized University or a Postgraduate Institution or Professional experience in a National / International Organization.
Note: Less than 3.00 CGPA will be considered Second Division
Terms and Conditions
1. The candidates serving in Government, Semi Government, and Autonomous Bodies should route their applications through proper channel.
2. The selected candidates will be governed by rules/regulation of The Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
3. Only Short listed candidates will be called for testlinterview.
4. The Abdul Wali Khan University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, not to fill any post and reject any application without showing any reason.

6. A Bank Draft of Rs. 500/- for (BPS 17 and above) in favour of Treasurer, The Abdul Wall Khan University Mardan or online payment to Allied Bank Limited Cantt. Branch Mardan Code 0273 Account No. 01-167-0007-8. Original receipt of online payment/demand draft with attested photocopies all the DM Cs, Degree's, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC and one (1) recent passport size photograph must be attached with the application form.
7. Land line telephone No. and Mobile No. must be written on the application fonu.
8. All applications must reach to the office of the undersigned, latest by Jan 25, 2011 Incomplete applications/received after due date will not be accepted.
