Senior Web Designer Required Urgently

We are looking to hire a senior Web Designer (at least 3 years experience) who brings extensive skills in understanding Web and Multimedia design, application front-end UI development and excellent visual sense.

Responsibilities:

• Strongknowledge in Web 2.0 Designs.
• Creatingfront-end web design.
• ImplementingW3C standards in browsers/cross platform deployment of sites (XHTML, CSS basedlayouts... etc.)
• Interactingwith clients.
• Creatingweb templates, developing different styles of designs and layouts.
• Communicatingwith technical staff and modifying 'design' based on technical requirements.
• Developinga fluid UI design that is cross browser compatible.
• Workingindependently to form product demos.
• Multi-taskingand effectively managing complex projects.
• Resolvingbugs and cross browser compatibility issues.
• Creating multimedia/promotionalvideos.

Position Requirements:

• Must have thoroughknowledge in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver.
• Must have Exp inUsability & UI.
• Must have Exp inXHTML, CSS, Javascript & jQuery.
• Candidate shouldhave thorough understanding of online designing.
• A deep understandingof technology marketing.
• Expertise in CSS,especially Div/table-less based layouts.
• Excellent visualsense in designing the right web structure and Flash/animation components.
• Candidate should have experience in cross-platform design, image optimization.
• Candidate must have good understanding of typography, layout and color theory.
• Knowledge of 3DsMax and Adobe After effects is a plus.
