As a result of continuous review of business activities, the Following position has been created:
Senior Manager Business Development
This role will be expected to develop business opportunities for BAS with Bahraini and international ventures to assist the growth strategy of the company and the Kingdom of Bahrain in general.
The key responsibilities will be:
• To initiate and implement a business development strategy for BAS.
• To develop viable business propositions and commercial ventures with third parties.
• To expand business offerings across the operational divisions and seek out new opportunities both in Bahrain and abroad.
• To assist with the implementation of such joint ventures and ensuring the appropriate business skills are enhanced amongst the business managers and their reporting teams.
The successful candidate will be an experienced aviation sector manager with proven business planning expertise. Knowledge of the business is vital and an MBA would offer a distinct advantage to a prospective candidate. Project management skills and an ability to handle with Board level negotiations are essential.

Qualification & Experience
MBA or equivalent from recognized universities with 10 - 15 years in a senior Management position with responsibility for profit centre Management. Candidate must have a sound knowledge of Finance and Accounting. Exposure to auto / auto related field essential and knowledge of Insurance preferred.
