Job: Should have worked on European vehicles like BMW- Mercedes Benz, and other Hi-tech vehicles like Lexus, Infiniti etc. Should Possess exceptional diagnostic skills, and be capable of resolving customer concerns in these vehicles. Knowledge of trouble shooting in Automobile electronics is a must.
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in the trade of automobiles.
Experience: Technicians who are diploma holders with 3 years experience or 8 years with ITI or equivalent. Should be fully conversant with latest diagnostic equipment related to these models. Candidates who have undergone structured training in this field would have an added advantage.
Age: 25-30 years.
AUTO MECHANICS
Job: To service and repair the wide range of automobiles. To undertake & diagnose routine faults.
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in the trade of automobiles.
Experience: Minimum 5 years with automobile dealers or authorized service centers. Age: 25-30 years.
SERVICE CONSULTANTS
Job: Repair order opening, billing of service jobs, etc. Customer handling, understanding and diagnosing vehicle faults.
Qualification: Diploma (3 year course) in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of front line experience in similar capacity in reputed automobile dealer workshops.
Age: 25-30 years.
SERVICE MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES
Job: Should be able to generate service business through Service contracts, insurance jobs, etc. Innovative persons with a flair for marketing, who can contribute for the growth of service business.
Qualification: Degree or diploma holders.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity or persons with marketing skills. Age: 25-30 years.
