SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
IBA invites urgent applications from academically qualified and well-experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Projects Department:
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma of Associate Engineer (D.A.E.) in Civil Engineering. Candidates with B. Tech degree will be preferred.
• At least 10 years experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor with reputed engineering consultants or contractors.
• Must be proficient in preparing pre-qualification evaluation reports, BOQs, bid evaluation reports, bills verifications, preparation of Measurement Books and tender documents including Conditions of Contract. Must also have an ability to analyze engineering cost estimates. • Proficiency in using computer, especially MS Office and data processing.
