Applications are invited for selection of three independent members of the district public safety and police complaints commission (DPS&PCC) at D.I.Khan.
(1)Application would be received till 20-01-2012 in the office of the secretary, DPS & PCC, D.I.Khan during office hours.
(2)Interview of the eligible candidates would be held in the office of the undersigned on 25-01-2012 commencing from 08.30am sharp. Selection Criteria is as under: Independent members shall be of impeachable integrity and proven professional competence in such fields as social work, law, administration, education, corporate, sector etc. A person shall be disqualified from becoming a member of District Public Safety Commission if he or she:
(3)Is an activist of any political party or has held any representative office or has remained a public servant in the six months immediately proceing such appointment.
(4)1s found suffering from physical or mental incapacity of illness.
(5)Is declared a bankrupt loan defaulter or tax evader.
(6)Is not a citizen of Pakistan.
(7)Hold s an office of profit in the service of Pakistan.
(8)Is in the service of any statutory body or any other body which is owned or controlled by the Government or in which the Government has a controlling share or interest.
(9)Has been dismissed, removed or compulsorily retired from the service of Pakistan on grounds of corruption or any other form of misconduct.
(10)Is convicted of a criminal offence.
(11 )Has any conflict of interest or.
(12)Is involved in activities, prejudicial to the ideology, interest security, unity, solidarity, peace and integrity of Pakistan and its people and the good order and harmony of society.
