PROJECT MANAGER (Head of Software Development Division)
Qualification: BCS / MCS / MIT
Age: Maximum 40 Years
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Software Development and implementation, out of which at least 3 years experience as Head of Software Development Team / Project Manager in a well reputed company. Primarily responsible for planning, leading, executing, monitoring and delivering / implementing projects on time. The candidate must have excellent leadership, communication and team player skills along with ability to deliver in fast paced environment.
• Highly experienced as a business analyst, database architect and software development manager ideally with solutions like ERP/CRM.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge of standard ERP practices / methodologies.
• Must have excellent people management and communication skills.
• Domain knowledge of construction industry will be a plus.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage development team and projects.
