KING EDWARD MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, LAHORE.
The King Edward Medical University Lahore, the oldest and the most renowned medical institution of the country having one of the largest laboratories in public and corporate sector, has taken the pioneering initiative to throw open its diagnostic services to the general public at large. Prof. Asad Aslam Khan (SI) Vice Chancellor, KEMU, generated the idea to develop a new advanced diagnostic center that may meet the standard and quality of International level.
Under the Project "Up-gradation of Diagnosbc Facilities at KEMU and Establishment of Diagnostic/ Collection Centers in the vicinity of Lahore" the University is committed to offer diagnostic services in the fields of Pathology and Radiology, For the purpose, the University is establishing a State of the Art Advanced Laboratory and a Diagnostic Centre at KEMU with first Collection Centre at Jail Road Lahore, where the facilities of all the routine, sophisticated and specialized Laboratory tests along with Ultra Sound, Digital X-Rays, CT scan and MRI shall be available at a reasonable and affordable rate. The diagnostic services shall be offered round the clock (.24/7/365).
JOB OPPORTUNITIES
King Edward Medical University is looking for appointment of suitable candidates on fixed remunerations against the following vacant posts under the project of up-gradation of Diagnostic Fadlities at KEMU and Establishment of Diagnostic/Collection center in the vicinity of Lahore.
1. Recruitments/Engagements will be made on contract for a period of 3 years by the Selection Committee constituted under his project according to approved Hiring Policy of the Project.
2. Candidates should apply on p ascribed form available from University office or downloadable from University website: www.kemu.edu.pk
3. Government servants should apply through proper channel.
4. No TA & DA will be allowed for appearing in interview.
5. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
6. School/ institute certificate should be duly countersigned by EDO Education of concerned district.
7. Last date for submission of applications is 14-01 -2012.
8. Authority has the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts.
