An international humanitarian organization seeks the following qualified and experienced candidates for opportunity in Peshawar. Following are the minimum qualifications for the position along with illustrative responsibilities and required experience.
Position: Inventory Assistant (1 position)
Location: FATA Office Peshawar
This position is required to maintain proper record keeping of all incoming and outgoing materials in store, assist in maintenance of a proper filing system, check that the quality and quantity of materials and equipment is in conformity with agreed standards, responsible for all type of mailing related activities, logistics support, and other relevant activities.
Required Qualification & Experience:
* Graduation
* 2 years of relevant work experience out of which preferably 1 year of experience on similar position
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good storekeeping and record keeping knowledge.
* Good computer skills
Position: Office Assistant (1 position)
Location: FATA Office Peshawar
This position is required for the smooth operations and providing support, on daily basis for official documents / letters as per request from different departments, receive all incoming mail and distribute accordingly, raise stationary requests and provide assistance during arrangement of official events, provide secretarial assistance to senior staff as and when required.
Required Qualification & Experience:
* Graduation
* 2 years of relevant work experience out of which preferably 1 year of experience on similar position
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good computer skills
