Till now No Political Party spoke over below issues of Overseas Pakistanis.
Overseas Pakistanis: More than half million prisoners in Pakistani jails & more than half million Pakistan army soldiers have the right of vote but overseas Pakistanis who are giving billions of foreign exchange to our homeland are still neglected.
A Foreign Exchange Investment Bank for overseas Pakistanis should be establish in Islamabad and provincial capitals which will strengthen our Foreign Exchange & wealth of Overseas Pakistanis inside Pakistan. And this Bank should work with Pakistan overseas Business & Investment Authority and loans to overseas Pakistanis should be given to boost up foreign investment in Pakistan.
For Overseas Pakistanis establish a autonomous body Pakistan overseas Business & Investment Authority like SAGIA in Saudi Arabia. Overseas Pakistanis should be given Business licenses from one window without any hurdles and long process of bribery in Pakistan upon return to their homeland.
TAXES System in Pakistan should be like GCC Countries where every single shop and business unit will be registered by Municipality, Taxes department & Ministry of Trade and Commerce. It will automatically generate the maximum tax revenue for Pakistan. So business units will be targeted not personalities. Computerized & registered business units in Pakistan will bring maximum revenue and Pakistan will not beg to foreign financial bodies.
Sick Industries & Departments i.e. PIA, Railway & Wapda will be privatize on public Private partnership.
Power / Electricity & Gas will be obtained from neighboring countries like China offer 300 per head which will help to cope the issue of energy in Pakistan. Maximum small dams will be constructed.
