The University is looking for a dynamic, experienced and competent professional for the position of Registrar, who shall serve as a local person to coordinate by providing academic and administrative leadership and supervision. The Registrar will be responsible for controlling and executing departmental operations, policies and procedures in accordance with standards and rules of the University with collaborative spirit

The University is looking for a dynamic, experienced and competent professional for the position of Registrar, who shall serve as a local person to coordinate by providing academic and administrative leadership and supervision. The Registrar will be responsible for controlling and executing departmental operations, policies and procedures in accordance with standards and rules of the University with collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- University management and leadership by establishing appropriate staff and operational support at faculty and department levels.
- Developing and executing campus procedures and policies related to registration and student records,
- Developing appropriate evaluation mechanisms that lead to continuous improvement of the University, Oi Supervising and evaluating the records and registration of staff.
- Organizing and administering the records of the University on functions including general administration, transcript evaluations, admissions and the certificabon process in order to provide maximum service to students while ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Participating and serving as part of the Student Services Team. Leading initiatives as determined by the University,
- Providing leadership and developing appropriate recommendations for the implementation of related technology application in support of enhanced services offered,
- Coordinating and collaborating with administrators, deans and directors to facilitate and improve services to students and staff as guided by the statutory bodies of the University.
- Serving as ex-officio member of academic and administrative committees as set-up by the University,
- Participating in professional development activities and serving on committees that support the goals and objectives of the University.
- Any other assignment I job, as assigned by the competent authority cf the University from time to time.
Requirements
- Master or equivalent deg ree from HEC recognized institution with at least 17 years academic or administrative experience. preferably in an academic institution: as an officer BPS-17 and above including two years experience in BPS-19
- OR
- PhD degree from HEC recognized institubon and at least 10 years academic or administrative experience, preferably in an academic institution, as an officer in BPS-17 and above, including two years experience in BPS-19.
- Maximum age limit 65 years.

- A demand draft for Rs. 300/- (not refundable) drawn in favour of Director Finance BUITEMS Quetta, must be enclosed with the applicatian or can be deposited through Bank challan in HBL branch BUITEMSTakatu campus/City campus.
