Qualification required: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
Experience required: 7 to 10 years of working experience in the field of manpower supply and should
be familiar in planning field of respective discipline
related to Plant Maintenance actives similar to
Petrochemical, Refinery or Large Utility Company.
Responsibilities:
He should be able to do planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, instructing and supervising the planning activities, equipment and facilities under his responsibility.
Skills:
Effective communicator and leadership.
Strong negotiation and decision making.
Innovative and creative.
Results-driven with a positive outlook and Commercial understanding.
Hard-working and dynamic.
And should have a valid Driving License.
Language proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
