- Strong Interpersonal/Communication skills.
- Strong report writing capabilities
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Fluency in Urdu. English, knowledge of sindhi language will be an added advantage

- Familiarity with the procurement and disbursement procedures/guidelines of multilateral lending agencies would be added advantage.
- Familiarity with PPRA and SPPRA rules.
