Head of IT
15 years in IT field with master degree in IT or Computer science
Must be TEN years in Banking (Top position of ITD)
Should be local available (IQMA Transferable)
Full knowledge of MIS, Accounting system and IT security
Head of Product
10 years in banking with MBA/CA/ACCA/CFA
Great exposure to work in PFS department
Complete knowledge of ALM and loan products
Product planning and development experience should be compulsory
Head of Retail Banking
15 years in Branch network with master degree
Must be 7 years in FCD and MIS
Full knowledge of transactional banking and operation
Head of Asset Management
Vast experience in Investment and treasury banking
Complete knowledge about ALM and capital market
Knowledge about local market trends
