Sharepoint / .NET developer (2 new resource partner)

Competencies Required:

• Able to program various applications using Sharepoint with customization using .Net
• Able to create technical design specifications and do code review
• Can perform unit testing of developed application
• Can work in different work environments
• Can do both Development and Support and Maintenance work
• Able to work individually or with a team

Able to communicate well in both English and Filipino (Oral and written)

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years experience in VB/C#.Net
• Familiarity with OOP concepts and design/development processes

Opportunity to grow as a Team Lead or a Business Unit Manager

• .Net Developer (2 new resource partner)

Competencies Required:

SQL Server Administrator (1 new resource partner)

Competencies Required:

• Able to monitor server activity in real time
• Can perform routine audits of systems and software
• Able to do performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Able to monitor the db server’s health and tuning (SQL Profiler)
• Can perform maintenance tasks such as monitoring space and query performance
• Able to maintain web server services (such as IIS) for external and internal access to web sites
• Can manage SQL databases and Reporting Services security
• Can perform all installations (software installation, setting up and maintaining db directories, files and administrator account)
• Able to work individually or with a team
• Able to communicate well in both English and Filipino (Oral and written)

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same or similar capacity
• Must have the following experience:

• Performance monitoring and optimization
• SQL profiler, Query Analyzer, and Windows System Monitor
• Database backups and strategies, and restoration of lost or corrupted system databases
• Login security configuration
• SQL server installations, service packs, and patches
• Definition of SQL Server standards across the organization / knowledgeable of SQL Server’s best practices

Systems Analyst (2 new resource partners)

Competencies Required:

• Able to gather information from users and analyze user requirements and key business functions
• Recommend to improve business systems and processes
• Able to create functional and functional design specifications
• Can perform system/ regression testing of developed application
• Can create users’ manual
• Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing and train users on various System Functions
• Can work in different work environments
• Able to work individually or with a team
• Able to communicate well in both English and Filipino (Oral and written)

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years experience in Systems Analysis
