Job title: Telesales representative
Job description: As a telesales operator, you'll be working in call center, contacting potential customers by telephone. Your job is to try and persuade them to buy your company's products and services. Your working day is spent on the phone making outgoing calls based on a script.
Main responsibilities:
1. Describe the product and its benefits.
2. Persuade customers to accept a visit from a sales representative.
3. Providing best service quality to the calling customers
4. Enter your notes into a computer, including dates for follow up calls.
5. Follow up with customers.
6. Achieve weekly and monthly targets
7. Perform other related duties as requested
Required skills:
1. Hold a bachelor degree, fresh graduates are welcomed
2. Telesales experience is an advantage
3. Required candidates will be tested for their vocal abilities and attitude
4. Interpersonal skills, self motivated, ability to solve problems
5. High communication skills
6. Excellent communication and listening skills
7. A polite, confident and friendly manner
8. Initiative
9. Confidence using computers
10. To enjoy working with customers and building relationships.
11. A positive attitude.
12. Flexibility and quick thinking.
13. Perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers.
14. To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.
15. Effectively deals with job stress, angry callers and upset customer
16. Language: Arabic “excellent “, English “very good".
