Requirements
Qualification : MBA (HR
Experience : 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Manager with specialization in Policy Development & Implementation and Labor laws & dealing with legal matters
Age : 26 years or above

Execution of programs which will ensure employee satisfaction and the implementation of policies which are in accordance with the overall company ethos/philosophy
Position # 2 : Team Leader – Resource Mobilization*
Requirements
Qualification : MB
Experience : At least 4 years marketing/sales work experience with 2 years management experience
Age : 27-35 years
Key Responsibilities
Donor handling, donor relationship management and communication and managing the business development for donor portfolio
Position # 3 : Account Manager – Resource Mobilization
Requirements
Qualifications : MBA/BBA
Experience : 1-2 years of customer services/relationship management experience
Age : 23 years or above
Key Responsibilities
Building and managing a portfolio of donors along with planning, developing, and delivering proposals for soliciting donations
Position # 4 : DOTNET Developer
Requirements
Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in CS/IT
Experience : At least 2 years of experience in requirements analysis and software development especially on .Net platform (Framework 2.0, 3.5)
Age : 23 years or above

Design, develop and customize new & existing .Net applications
